Is there a contract?
Yes. Once you and your supervisor are happy to book a full hour session/s you will be sent a contract to complete and sign via email.
Can l cancel my contract at anytime?
Yes
Are consultation sessions or clinical supervision sessions refundable?
Yes and No. See next question for more information.
How much notice do l have to give in order to cancel a session without charge?
72 hours. If you give notice to cancel less than 72 hours you will not be refunded
Where will you store information about my clients/patients or staff members?
Securely and password protected in the cloud. All names will be anonymous.
Can I record my session?
No. You may take notes or screenshots or photos of any art work created and your Clinical Supervisor may do the same.
Will my Clinical Supervisor record my sessions?
No. Your Clinical Supervisor will not record your sessions. However your Clinical Supervisor will make and keep notes of each session.
Can l book my first 1hr Clinical Supervision session instead of a Consultation session?
No. You must have completed a Consultation session prior to agreeing to start your Clinical Supervision sessions, so that both you and your supervisor can see if you will get along well; meet your goals and aspirations; answer any other questions you may have and for the clinical supervisor to see if they are able to support your professional practice.
If l book multiple sessions in advance will l get a discount?
Yes. If you book 10 or more sessions in advance you will receive a 5% discount from the overall fee.
I am a student. Will l get a discount?
Yes. 5% per session throughout the full duration of your studentship.
If a complaint is made against me during my practice will you still support me as my Clinical Supervisor?
Yes. In most cases you will be given full support. Your contract would only be terminated by your Clinical Supervisor if you committed a serious criminal offence or were found to be guilty in a court of law or tribunal.
How do l make a complaint about my Clinical Supervisor?
First, always talk to your Clinical Supervisor. If you are still unhappy and wish to take your complaint further then, secondly you may contact next HCPC (The Health & Care Professions Council.)
